Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using UseOneInbox (the “Service”), operated by Payon Finance Inc. (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

UseOneInbox lets you connect multiple email mailboxes (Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP server) and read, search, and reply to all of them from a single inbox. We sync a copy of your mail into our database to make that possible.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Notify us immediately at just@useoneinbox.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

When you connect a mailbox, you authorize us to access it — via an app password or OAuth token you provide — solely to sync, display, search, and send mail on your behalf within the Service. You confirm you have the right to connect any mailbox you add. Removing a mailbox from the Service stops all access and deletes its synced copy from our database; it never modifies anything on your actual mail server.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including sending spam or unsolicited bulk email.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or attempt to bypass its security.
• Reverse-engineer the Service beyond what applicable law permits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• The free plan includes 5 connected mailboxes and 5GB of synced mail storage, with no time limit.
• Add-on packs (extra mailboxes or extra storage) are billed monthly at the price shown on the pricing page, processed by Suby.fi (card, wallet, and crypto payments) — Stripe may be used as a backup processor if needed.
• You can cancel a pack at any time from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Once your account exceeds the free plan's storage cap, the oldest mail is automatically removed to stay within it, unless you've purchased additional storage.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Service, its design, and its underlying software are owned by Payon Finance Inc. You retain all rights to your own mail content — we claim no ownership over it.

We aim to keep the Service reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or lost profits.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting just@useoneinbox.com. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, with notice where practical.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
